Refund & Return Policy

Effective for orders placed from 2026-10-16 08:51 UTC. Earlier orders retain the return, refund and exchange rights promised at purchase, including our previous 30-day return policy. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Email info@lesscolor.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging, if available. Please report problems promptly, preferably within 30 days of delivery. This request does not shorten legal claim periods. We will provide a free replacement or an appropriate refund, including any remedy required by law. Physical return is not required. If photos are unavailable, contact us to discuss another way to assess the issue.

Change of mind and exchanges

For new orders, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges. Statutory cancellation, withdrawal and other consumer rights remain unaffected. Printing a standard catalog design after purchase does not by itself make it personalized or remove those rights.

Statutory cancellation and withdrawal

We honor cancellation and withdrawal rights applicable to your order. Eligible EU and UK online purchases generally have a 14-day withdrawal period after delivery, subject to applicable exceptions. Any longer period required by law remains available. Email info@lesscolor.co with a clear statement of your decision and details identifying your order. A reason is not required for a valid statutory withdrawal.

For a valid statutory withdrawal, we waive physical return. We refund the amounts required by law, including the applicable product price, taxes and required standard outbound delivery charges, to the original payment method without a refund fee. Refunds are not conditional on receiving goods back. They are issued without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines; for eligible EU or UK withdrawals, within 14 days after notification. This returnless procedure also applies to eligible earlier orders.

Earlier orders

Earlier orders retain the previous 30-day change-of-mind return promise for items in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Contact us before sending anything. Previous customer-paid return shipping and non-refundable original shipping terms apply only where lawful. Any more favorable return or exchange promise made at purchase remains honored.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. Legal deadlines take priority and are not delayed by our approval process. For earlier voluntary returns, the previous inspection and refund process remains applicable. Payment providers may need additional time to display a processed refund.

Delayed or missing parcels

Contact info@lesscolor.co if your parcel is delayed or appears lost. We will investigate and provide an appropriate replacement or refund, including any remedy required by law.
