Refund & Return Policy

At LessColor, every print is made to order just for you. We want you to love what's on your wall — and if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us at info@lesscolor.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement — no return shipment required.

30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? You may return items in their original, unused condition and original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email info@lesscolor.co with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@lesscolor.co.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each print is made to order, production begins shortly after purchase. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it and we'll do our best to help.

Lost Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period or your package appears lost in transit, contact us — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
