Shipping Policy

Every LessColor print is made to order through production partners, primarily Gelato. Production and dispatch locations vary by product and destination. Our Wyoming registered business address is not a production or shipping facility.

Production Time

Orders are produced within 1–3 business days after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates — United States

Flat-rate shipping: $4.90 per order.
Free shipping on orders of $75 or more.

Delivery Estimates

US orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Framed prints may take slightly longer due to careful packaging.

International Shipping

We ship to supported destinations shown at checkout. International rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

Unframed prints ship rolled in sturdy rigid tubes. Framed prints arrive fully assembled in protective packaging with corner guards — ready to hang the moment you unbox them.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your package appears lost, contact us at info@lesscolor.co and we'll make it right.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, reprinting and reshipping costs may apply.
